Unable to open Storyline file

I know this has been asked before, and I've followed those instructions to no avail.  These modules are part of a 5-part course.  I'm able to open 1, 2, and 5 with no issues.  3 and 4 are problematic.  Says files are corrupt or older version.  Tried looking in %appdata%, but %appdata% doesn't have these tmp files (too old).  Any other suggestions?
