Unable to play high frequency mp3 in Storyline 3

Thanks Maria. I have started a conversation with Lejan. The suggestion is to save the audio as 16 bit 44 kHz PCM WAV files. I can confirm this works for the 15kHz sample, but not the 20kHz sample. Still more work to do!
