Unable to resume course
I'm having issues with a course I made in Storyline 360 - once published, testers were unable to select either 'yes' or 'no' when asked if they want to resume where they left off. Instead, just a buffer icon was shown (see attached photo). Any help much appreciated!
which version are you using ?
there was a fix for classic player "resume" in Storyline 3.72 (January 24, 2023)
- Fixed: Learners couldn't resume courses using the classic player unless they maximized the window before clicking the resume option.
Oh great, thank you. It was from an older version so I will try resaving in the most recent one and report back!
