Thank you for opening a support case with our engineers. I see you're working with my teammate Mick, who e-mailed you a few suggestions to troubleshoot:
- Save the file using Save As in case another background application is still using the file.
- Restart the computer to clear up any background processes.
- It's also recommended that you work from a local hard drive when creating, editing, and publishing Storyline files.
