Unable to Sign-in for articulate 360 desktop app
I am using Storyline 360 where at the middle of the project i got a pop up to sign in the software. It takes me to the web browser where I'm signed in already. I have Articulate teams account with SSO. I have uninstalled and re-installed Articulate 360 Desktop app several times but the same thing is repeating.
I am unable to work please do help anyone for this issue to be resolved.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting logged into the Articulate 360 desktop apps! I see you've already opened a support case and connected with my colleagues Amlan and Fannie May. You're in great hands working with them!
It looks like Fannie May just replied to your e-mail with some further troubleshooting steps you can try out. I'd suggest giving those a shot to see if that does the trick!
