Unable to sign in to Articulate 360

Hello, I keep trying to open Storyline, but it keeps telling me that I need to sign in (periodically). But when I click on the "sign in" button nothing happens, except a message saying "You're being redirected to your web browser to sing in" - which does not happen. 

When I go to articulate.com, I am obviously signed in, otherwise I would not be able to post this here. But somehow the interface between the desktop app and the Chrome browser does not seem to work. 

Any ideas how I could fix this? Thank you for your help!

      Thank you Kelly!

      Apparently the difficulty was on our side: The app seems to have been
      blocked for security reasons. Works again now.

      It has been resolved, it was a block in our company security :-)
