Unable to upload SCROM zip file on Sum total
Hi,
I am trying to upload a file that has six MP4 videos from 1-4 minutes long, along with other static slides.
It throws an error during upload "You are trying to upload a zip file that contains the following unsupported file types,m3u8,ts. Please upload a different file or contact your system administrator"

you are using video publish settings Video Quality "Adaptive" -> result .m3u8 + .ts
change to Video Quality "Static" -> result .mp4

if yout LMS don't support streaming video (.m3u8 + .ts) then you have no other choice
use "normal" .mp4 video (= "Static") - the quality is not inferior
