Unable to Upload/Read Files in the Attachment Block (Rise)

Hi, I am able to upload files in the Attachment Block, but the file isn't able to be read. Instead of displaying as the specific file type (e.g. .pdf or .doc), it displays the generic "file" label...

Hi,

I am trying to upload a pdf file using the Attachment block but every time I try to upload a file it gives me an error. The file is 500kb, there are no spaces or special characters in the file name.

Would anyone know what is causing this issue? Thanks
