Unspecified error when uploading video to Rise course

I had to refresh my Internet connection. It was very random! But when I went to open a ticket and tried to upload my troublesome video, my unspecified error stated that there was an 'Internet connection issue' when submitting the ticket. Hope that helps - it helped me!
