Update broke one-line text boxes
Up until now, my courses have had a password entry box to access admin/review tools, with the enter button as a trigger to submit the password attempt. But now pressing enter inserts a line break due to the new update changing text entry box behavior. This causes the entered password to include a line break and the verification fails. I can kind of get it to work by changing it to "expand width", but I have a hard time getting it to stick to that setting, and there's not a great way for me to choose my own text box size – it keeps changing to the smallest size possible. Sometimes I can get it to a reasonable size and it works, but if I even click on the text box in Slide View, it will resize and break on me. Is there any way for you guys to make it so we can limit text entry to just one line?

Have you tried right clicking the box - format shape>Textbox and deselecting the wrap text option?

So you must have upgraded your project text. If that is the case, try keeping your Text entry box height at 60 pixels or lower.

Yeah, I did. The newest Storyline update changed the 60 pixel thing:
- Enhanced: Data-entry fields wrap text to multiple lines based on the “wrap text” option rather than the height of the field. You no longer need to make the height more than 60 pixels.
Hi Justin!
I see that you've submitted a support case and connected with my teammate Fannie May. You're in excellent hands working one on one with her! It looks like Fannie May received your sample file and is in the process of performing some tests. You should be hearing from her once troubleshooting is complete!
We'll continue this conversation over in your support case.
