Recent update broke playback ability
Updated Storyline 360 just about 30 minutes ago, and now the playback feature is not functioning--including previewing a slide/entire presentation. Anybody hear anything?
Heard back from support. They suggested using the Articulate launcher to uninstall Storyline 360, restart the computer, and re-install Storyline 360. Didn't take too much time, and it worked.
