Update: Storyline Error Messages and Crashing Files Not Saving ETC
Having multiple issues with updating a Storyline file. Get "not enough room to save" message and yet I have TONS of room. Try to save file as another name, re-opened, get same message. Have re-boote...

Hi, Gillian.
Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive as it can cause erratic behavior. If it's a local drive, but also syncing with a service such as OneDrive or Dropbox, it can cause a similar effect as a network drive.
If this is not your scenario, can you share the .story file with our support team through a case?
If you didn't get a chance to save the project, you might still have a copy of it. You can check if they're available in the TEMP folder. Here are the steps:
- Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
- Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of the project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop.
- Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
- Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
