Updating a Course
In my life before Rise, the LMS I used would all me to make live updates. Whatever I changed for my new hire training was reflected without a process.
With Rise, Do I have to export the file again...

Yes, you have to export the Rise course again and re-upload to your LMS every time you make a change to the course.
