Updating SCORM 2004 v4 and SuccessFactors

How do you select what version of SCORM 2004 is used. I only see one option on the SCORM drop down menu? What version is that? I am using Storyline 360. We have a SUM Total LMS and are running into all kinds of problems once something was published in 2004.
