To edit a published Rise 360 course, you'll need to contact the current owner of the course so they can make the edits and republish the content. I checked rashihonrao's support case, and my colleague recommended reaching out to the account owner to identify who currently owns the courses they were trying to edit so they could request an editable copy. 

It's always important to know who owns which courses in a subscription to avoid confusion when someone leaves the team.
