Hey Tamela,
Thinkific is very finicky. The problem is that the html file is in the subfolder so Thinkific is unable to access it. Here's the work-around:
- Export your course for web
- Unzip the file that it creates
- Go into the content folder and rezip everything again
- Then upload that new zip file as a multi-media lesson.
