Uploading Rise courses to Thinkific

Hi folks, just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

We've been trying to upload a Rise course to Thinkific, but with no success. Whenever I upload the SCORM package, I'm getting an error saying "This package contains no files".

I'm sure that the issue is to do with the folder structure of the SCORM package, but I'm at sea as to how to fix it.

Anyone encountered this issue? Happy to upload screenshots if that helps.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    To start, I'd like to confirm that you're following these steps while publishing your Rise 360 course for LMS. Once you download the content, choose a location on your computer and select Save. Upload the zip package to your LMS. 

    If your LMS requires you to identify the launch file, point to indexapi.html.

    Please let me know if you're still seeing this error!
