Uploading Errors in Cornerstone with Rise Courses

Hi All... we are getting the same error! Our Rise course works in Scorm but not in Cornerstone. We went into the zip file to try to remove the Tincan file but there were 3 of them and each one takes 10-15 minutes to delete!
We can't be doing this for every back and forth edit/publish and upload to Cornerstone. Anyone know why this is happening to an estimated time to fix it?
10-15 minutes to delete? Sounds odd. I just unzip the SCORM file, look for *tincan* and it takes me a few seconds to get rid of mine. Are you guys going straight into the zip file and deleting them directly from there (i.e. without unzipping)?
