Uploading SCORM Files to Cornerstone (LMS)

Hello everyone,
I am seeking some guidance on a issue I am experiencing with our LMS. I've listed the title as "Uploading SCORM Files to Cornerstone (LMS)," but this may go beyond that.

I have been uploading SCORM 2004 and 1.2 zip files to our LMS and I find that when I am taking the course I experiencing issues that are not related to course build such as audio being cut off, slides becoming delayed, and audio being delayed. We are currently troubleshooting this issue to determine if this related to the type of SCORM zip file, perhaps an issue related with Cornerstone (LMS), or possibly a glitch with Articulate. When I review the course on Review360 all of the issues that I've stated earlier are not present and course works just fine.

Has any stumbled upon these issues? If so what did you do to solve this issue?

As a former Cornerstone admin, what I found is that most of the time, those problems were not the fault of course, but were problems caused by Cornerstone being starved of bandwidth. The system I administered had fantastically poor infrastructure in many branches, and as a result, when too many people got online, courses would stutter, be delayed, and my favorite of all, fail to complete. We tried all number of things with Cornerstone, but nothing worked, and we had to resort to telling people to try the course multiple times, or take it during off-peak-usage hours, and even force-completing courses.

To see if this is a SCORM issue or something else, I would create a free account on  SCORM Cloud and test the course there.
