Hi there! I’m a System Admin for my org in Cornerstone and we’re having a similar issue with some of our high traffic courses. Loading trouble, learners saying their progress isn’t recorded, completions not going through. Most of the courses are SCORM 2004 3rd edition, set to launch in One Player, and quite large.
How large are the zip files and do you have them set to play on One Player?
