Uploading storyline course in SmarterU

The previous blogs and discussions tell me for a SCORM 4.0 I need to upload the index_lms.html . file. But I don't see that ...
When you Publish your course from Storyline, what are the Publish > LMS/LRS settings, including the Reporting and Tracking Options?
