URGENT HELP NEEDED: Record Screen feature is not working
HELP! I've used SL for years and never had this problem.
We are trying to record a system in SL 360 and it is not working.
I've included a sample as an attachment so you can see what is hap...
My work around was to add a dummy opener with a trigger and a play button. Once they clicked the play button, it launched. Nothing else seemed to fix it.
