User must hover over multiple items before advancing

I have a graphic that contains nine images. The user must hover over each one (and see the layer associated with it) before they can advance to the next slide. I have the hotspots create...
Try it now; I've updated it to take out the textboxes.
I appreciate it but I'm still getting the same error when I try to open it. I attached a screen grab of the error message.
