Hi, Mary Beth -- Thanks for your reply and when you open the SCORM Cloud link, you would still need to enter your email address, then first and last name to be able to view the content. And as I mentioned that is may be beneficial for our Support Engineers to take a look as well, I went ahead and set you up in case #00737846, so you should have received a confirmation email a few minutes ago. If not, please check your SPAM folder. :)
