Using Articulate with Samsung Galaxy Tablet

We have purchased 10 Samsung Galaxy 8 tablets for our project. We will have 10 different versions because each group will be starting at a different point in the course. 

What is the best way to publish and load my course onto the tablets? Can we load it to be viewed locally?
