Using Timeline triggers to show layers on video
I am trying to show a layer when the timeline of the interactive video reaches a particular cue point, but it doesn't work. The layer doesn't appear when the video reaches that cue point.

From your image, it looks like you added the trigger to the BestAdmit layer. However, since that layer is not active yet, the trigger won't execute. Instead, try adding the trigger to your base layer:
