Vendor Storyline course zip files import to Storyline to update?

Hi, I need to update some of the courses that are published in our LMS that were created by a vendor in 2018. I found the Final zip files they sent us back then and but I am not sure how to import th...

    A Storyline file is actually zipped content. You can try changing the extension from .zip to .story. But that will only work if they gave you a .story file with the wrong extension.

    Otherwise, if the .zip file simply contains the published version of the course, there's no way to import that to get an editable .story file. The best you can do is go into that content and retrieve the media assets.
