Video border problem
When I add a video with a white background to a slide in Storyline 360, I’ve noticed that a black outline appears around the video. This issue didn’t occur before. Could this be due to a recent update?

Hello Grub1010,
Thanks for reaching out! I want to confirm that this behavior, where there is a black outline around videos, is a bug our team is investigating. I have added your voice to this report. We'll be sure to share when a fix is available. Here's more information on how we identify and tackle bugs.
As a workaround, we recommend that folks set their Player color to Dark and set the scaling setting to 100% to avoid seeing the unwanted lines.
- I see from your screenshot that you are currently working with the Dark Player. It would be helpful if you could check the scaling settings on your device!
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I hope this problem will be fixed soon - i can't change to a dark player ☹️- Nathan_HilliardCommunity Member
You can also try the following (see my comment). It is a workaround for a longstanding yet intermittently observed browser issue with video border artifacts. It may or may not resolve your particular problem. The issue is not visible on all browsers, nor on all display types.

As a workaround, you can use a no fill rectangle with white border with considerable width (let say 2-3 pts.) to overlap with this border appearing due to the bug.
