Video Caption 'ON' by default in Rise
I have imported a single VTT file exported from Storyline into a video I have in Rise, other than embedding in the original source, is there an option in Rise to set the default to ON?

+1 Please include the ability to have closed captioning on as a default setting. Many hearing learners prefer being able to read the captioning without hunting for it as well!

We'd love to be able to toggle captions on automatically for our global learners!

Not all users can intuitively guess that they need to go to CC icon in the player+1

This feature would allow us to better scale and scaffold our approach to training content localization and make all users more aware of accessibility options they can use in their learning

The ability for the course author to decide whether captions are on by default for one or all videos in the course.
