Video captions not displaying in Rise
Hi
I've added my VTT file to the video and the CC button now appears but caption text doesn't display. Tried refreshing browser and toggling the CC button. Any advice?

Your VTT files must be in a certain format for them to display correctly in Rise 360. You can check out the correct format here. If you're already following the correct format for your captions, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing!
Thanks Jose. I tried again with the YouTube VTT generator and that worked fine.
