Video Closed Captions stopped showing Rise
I have video with closed caption that played in Rise. All of a sudden the videos still play but now none of the Closed Captions show in in any of the videos. The Closed Captions still show when play...

I'm sorry you're your closed captions aren't working in Rise. To help you get to the bottom of this issue, can you answer a couple questions for me?
- Are your closed captions embedded in the video? Or are you playing them via a separate SRT file?
- What video format are you using?
