Video compression - looking for the actual specs that will allow the compression option to not be greyed out
The parameters given in the Articulate support documentation are extremely vague. I am looking to use the compression=none option and is describes that the video export settings need to be "baseline, main, or high profiles".
This is perhaps a bit too vague, as there are other parameters that are likely involved and no detailed specifications can be found anywhere.
I am using the Adobe Media Encoder to export videos from Animate. When the "Match Source - High Bitrate" is used, I would expect that the meet to "high profiles" parameter, however the compression option for the video remains greyed out. The same is true when using "Default (AME)" which I assume might meet the "baseline" parameter. Again, compression is always greyed out.
Can anyone provide me with more detailed parameters as to how to export video from the Adobe Media Encoder that would actually function correctly and result in the compression option not being greyed out?
For the Articulate staff, can you please provide the detailed parameters that will allow this feature to function please? Your keeping the instructions simple is usually appreciated, however sometimes you would serve your client base better by provided more detailed specifications for such things.
Thanks in advance!

if you use 'compression=none' the storyline has nothing to do with the video settings (except wide and high for positioning) - it's a normal browser issue
=> optimze video setting for online use
=> as first step use the predefined setting of Adobe Media Encoder for your video size and optimize the data rate depending on the video and audio material.there are no universal video compression settings
if its greyed out (not importable)
=> support ticket and articulate should solve the problemhttps://articulate.com/support/contact/case
