video controls not working in Articulate Online

I am using Storyline 3 and have inserted mp4 videos into my project. The video controls work when I publish to the web but not when I publish to the Articulate Online LMS. Is there a set...

Actually, I have been testing more and sadly it isn't...:(
I have the video set to play automatically but am wondering if a clicked or
triggered option would make a difference. (I looked at it but can't see how
it can be done with the seek bar)
