video controls not working in Articulate Online

Hi there, I am using Storyline 3 and have inserted mp4 videos into my project. The video controls work when I publish to the web but not when I publish to the Articulate Online LMS. Is there a set...

Hi there,

I have removed that file as I am piloting he modules as of today...is there
a way I can upload the file to the LMS but only have you be able to view it?

        Hi Lianne!  Thanks for sharing your file.  I made a few adjustments:

        • The Player looked like it was customized at some point, and it wasn't behaving the way I'd expect.  I reset the Player and then removed the elements that you didn't include (title, menu, etc).  I was able to show the seekbar and the volume control.
        • The seekbar controls the timeline of the slide, so your video must be in sync with the timeline. Here's how:
          • the video should open in the slide
          • the video should play automatically

        Check out my version of your video slide here, and let me know how that works for you!  I attached the modified project file as well.
