video controls not working in Articulate Online

Hi there, 

I'm still experiencing this issue when I publish a Review 360 version of my module. I've read through all of the above posts and I'm experiencing the same thing. When clicking or dragging on the seekbar or video controls it restarts the video.

Any workaround to this?

    Hello Ronan,

    Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like after publishing to Review 360, the video restarts when clicking on either the seekbar or the video controls. I’m happy to help find what might be getting in the way here.

    Let's start with some questions so I can better understand:

    1. Is this happening with all of the videos in your course, or is it a specific slide with a video on it?
    2. Have you tried testing the Review 360 link in another browser to see if that makes a difference?

    I'll stay tuned for more info so we can continue troubleshooting together!

      Hi Becca,

      I have tested it on both Chrome and Edge.

      It actually initially worked and then stopped working after that.

      My team also has a Vimeo account so our solution is to send a Vimeo review link, but it is not ideal to send one link for the module and another one for the video in the module. I published the review link and tested it 6 or 7 times before I gave up and uploaded the video in Vimeo instead.

      It'd be great to get this working.
