Video encoding during publish
A .story file with 4 mp4 videos. Usually, when I publish, the entire course publishes in about 30 seconds.
Occasionally, the publish dialog takes much longer and shows "encoding video ..." for ea...

I'm having the same issue. Trying to publish to Video three scenes each containing a very short screencast video. Articulate 360 and all applications have been updated today. Publishing the scenes one by one works.
Any suggestions?
