Video encoding during publish
A .story file with 4 mp4 videos. Usually, when I publish, the entire course publishes in about 30 seconds.
Occasionally, the publish dialog takes much longer and shows "encoding video ..." for ea...
This thread helped me so much. I have been experiencing the same issue where publishing to video had been stuck at "preparing to encode video..." for literally hours upon hours. I reverted to an older version and it immediately started moving along.
