Video encoding during publish
A .story file with 4 mp4 videos. Usually, when I publish, the entire course publishes in about 30 seconds.
Occasionally, the publish dialog takes much longer and shows "encoding video ..." for ea...
I concur with the other users who reported that rolling back to a previous version resolved the unacceptable delay of encoding video. To be more specific, the latest version which worked for me was 3.35.21017.0. Thanks to everyone for getting me on the right track.
