Video Error in Rise!

So, I tried to export a video file out of a Rise course and then import it into another Rise course. For some reason, they seem to have something configured in the backend that is preventing the import. Instead, I keep getting an error as soon as the upload process is complete. Is there a workaround to importing a Rise-exported video file?
