Video Freezing at 1 minute mark
We have multiple courses published to LMS and they all have videos in them. Recently we've been getting learner feedback that a video will freeze at the 1 minute mark. It doesn't matter how long the...
you could try
- compress the video with Adobe Media Encoder or Handbrake to the desired web quality
- import the videos
- set for all videos "Compression None" (now storyline will not modify the video anymore)
- set video publish setting to "static"
if there are still problems with chrome, they are not due to storyline or the videos - then the web server or proxy configuration is more likely the suspect
