Video Freezing at 1 minute mark

Using Jürgen's information, we were able to fix this issue. However, we have run into it again and when we try to select the compression, it is disabled. It doesn't matter if we insert a new video or if we replace the existing video that is giving us issues, the option for Compression is disabled.

I'd be happy to take a closer look at your project file to see why certain video options are disabled. If you're comfortable, feel free to share a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
In the meantime, have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline installation to see if that improves the behavior?
