My case number is #00349045.
Based on feedback I received from the customer support engineer, I determined that it might be an issue with my Flash Player. So I did some googling about Flash Player and MP4 videos not playing and came across the page I linked to below. I followed the steps to disable hardware acceleration, and that seems to have fixed the issue.
