VIDEO: PAUSE Playback if RESOURCES are CLICKED (?)

Was wondering if anyone knows about or has figured out a way to pause a Video's playback on a Slide if the RESOURCES List is CLICKED.
My intention here is to temporarily STOP playba...

There isn't a way to control triggers based on elements that the user has accessed in the player. Hopefully someone in the community is able to offer additional suggestions here for you.
Is there a way to pause playback if the user clicks on a different application (the focus is no longer on learning content)?
