Video Playback/timing help!
Hi ELH community! I need your help.
I created an AI Avatar video in Rise, downloaded it and added it to a storyline file to add some animated text over it.
My problem is that even though I have it set to start play on click, if you wait any length of time after it loads in the rise course (or in storyline preview), the video and the animated text do not sync up, even they they are synced correctly in the storyline project.
Any suggestions? I attached the project file.
CherylStGermain: Try this: Insert a new slide 1. That can look however you want it to. Have a trigger that jumps to the next slide (that is, the video slide) when the user clicks something on slide 1.

Do you need it to play on click? Having it play automatically will help keep it in sync. See attached example.
I know having it play automatically keeps it in sync. Our learners tend to complain when videos start automatically. But they may need to suck this one up. LOL.
