It sounds like you are trying to customize the thumbnail for a published-to-video Storyline course.
That type of functionality is not native to Storyline yet, however, there are workaround steps you can take to achieve this.
- Insert the published MP4 video into Replay 360.
- Then insert an image that will appear before the video starts.
- Now republish the video as an MP4.
The image will appear as a thumbnail instead of a blank screen. This guide provides more details on adding images to Replay 360.
