Video stops
Hi folks,
I have a problem when uploading my course on our LMS.
The course has a restricted navigation and a video. The video stops and I can't go further.
Does anyone know why this happens? ...

Does the problem occur only when viewed through your LMS, or also within Storyline (in preview) or when published to a different format?
If the issue is only happening in the LMS, my initial recommendation would be to test your project with SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!
If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I would advise you to reach out to your LMS for more information on what might be happening.
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, my suggestion would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
