Video with Black Frame
Hi there,
I have a video imported to Rise 360. It has a black border around it. (see attached)
Is there a way for me to remove the black border?
Please advise.

Is there any fix found for this issue.
I too have this issue and don't know how to fix, even after following the ration as 16:9.
