Video won't embed in Rise 360

I'm trying to embed a video that gets hung up in processing. It's only 44 KB so it's not too big and I can view it outside of Rise. Another video of similar size works just fine in a different lesson of the same course. Any suggestions?

  • I am having the same issue. I've been trying to embed a video for quite sometime. It never finishes processing. Guess I will try tomorrow.

  • Same issue here.  Seems likely to be related to AWS outage, but hoping Articulate might weigh in soon.

      I'm experience the same issue again this morning. I've rebooted my system and that hasn't helped. Is there another issue at your end?

        Hi Lisa! We didn't encounter any video uploading issues after that day. Are you still having trouble?  If you are, please try the following:

        1. Please try another Rise supported browser (Does the issue happen in all browsers?)
        2. Clear your browser's cache.
        3. Make sure your browser is fully updated.
        4. Go into Incognito mode and see if the upload works.
