Video wont upload- all get error message
I have tried different videos and I just get error. No information. I have never had this problem and this is a repeat action I have doen with 100s of courses I have made.
Hello Mary! I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties uploading videos to your Rise course.
Does this happen to a specific Rise course only? Are you able to upload the said videos to other Rise courses? If the issue persists regardless of the course you upload your videos to, I would like to take a closer look at your video files.
