Afternoon all
I'm having some trouble publishing a course that contains videos. Whilst the vidoes play just fine in preview mode, whenever I publish to LMS or CD or Review360 the videos are cut in half.
The video in question is roughly a minute long and mp4 format, so it's not like it's a huge presentation.
In the past I have sort of fixed this by lowering the video quality - but was hoping there was a better solution to this.

I appreciate you chiming in and sharing what you are experiencing with your published project.
I'm not familiar with a similar issue, so I want to look at your project file to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it publicly here or upload it to me privately. I'll delete it when troubleshooting is complete.

Thank you for your reply. Im just going to double check I can send this over.
It seems like an issue with the export, sometimes it exports fine but every so often it will happen.
